Your Social Media Virtual Assistant

Tallent Agency VA Services
I just followed a new follower on twitter who makes a living tweeting for companies. I would love to do something like that but ONLY for companies. I prefer to do my own personal tweeting and would only want an assistant for the endless maintenance we perform for our social media networks.

Between twitter, facebook and linkedin, I spend an hour or more per day just accepting or rejecting new connections, greeting those I choose TO connect with and updating my profiles or statuses as needed.

This is what I offer to do for others who need some help keeping up with their social networks. I would not want to tweet for others as them – I “retweet” anything I see
in my twitter stream that I want to share with my “TweetHearts”, as I call those who
I interact with.

If you want someone to weed out the spammers and gamers, do research to help
find you compatible connections, create or edit your profile or any number of other
helpful duties, just contact me via my handySchedule a Project link and we can work out what you need done and what I can do to help you have more time for the FUN part of social networking, which, to ME, at least, IS the connecting and interacting.

If you are new to social networking or need some great ideas, I have a great eBook
on just this …

I fired myself today :-)

I know full well where my strengths and talents lie … with my proofreading, editing, transcription service, social networking on twitter, facebook and LinkedIn and selling digital products via my Software Superstore PLUS being the editor of my ezine, Rim Digest for marketers and small business owners. This is not a HUGE list of talents or strengths, but these are MINE.

By specializing so tightly with my Virtual Assistance Business , I miss a lot of income and learning opportunities, so decided to branch out a bit and learn some new skills to add to my portfolio. Needless to say, I got way over my head – was WAY out of my comfort zone, was miserable and starting to feel, to be honest, like a total FAILURE and/or loser. Then it hit me, no one can be expert at everything AND why on earth was I trying to be?!

Hence the firing of myself from what could have been a really great financial gain down the line but was seriously causing me stress and a huge well of unbelief in myself. I am confident in what I do best and need to focus on those things and so, though I am still wanting to learn as much as I can in this ever-changing wonderful world of internet marketing and marketing my services, I am not going to worry about trying to do more than I comfortably CAN do.

With that in mind, I signed up for a course to become a Virtual Event Specialist and to Get Certified in this specialty because it really appeals to me and is something more in the line of what I am already doing.

Social Networking Maintenance Assistance

Help with Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin – set up accounts, assist with profiles, find new compatible connections, weed out spammers, time-wasters and those who do not interact, send welcome messages to new contacts, send follow-up messages, etc.

$20 per work filled hour or: $15 per hour if retained for at least TEN hours per week and paid in advance, minimum is 10 hours at $15 to equal $150. Will do free profile proofreads and edits with any paid order of this service.

Retainer Services

Proofreading, Editing, Social Networking Assistance, Help Desk Assistance, Email Account Maintenance, Blog Posting, Web Page updates, Submitting your Blogs & Articles to directories, etc. can be retained weekly or monthly to save you money and assure continual workflow. You can use your entire retainer fee on one project OR mix them up in any of these categories as needed.

Retainer fee for the above services, paid in advance ONLY:

Ten hours per week – $15 per hour = $150
Fifteen hours per week – $13 per hour = $199
Twenty hours per week – $11 per hour = $220 <======= BEST DEAL!

Limited offer, good until I line up 3 or 4 retainer clients …

Monthly retainer of at least 20 hours per week, EVERY week, booked and paid in advance for a month at a time = $10 per hour. To assure my very best work and timeliness, I will limit this option to TWO monthly retainer clients and discontinue
the other retainer offers and only accept more work by the assignment at normal $20 per hour rate as my monthly retainer assignments are fulfilled and time allows.

** TRANSCRIPTION is NOT included in the retainable services. A one-hour audio takes at least six hours labor to type up, proofread and edit. I cannot discount this service and will have to retire this service if I get too busy with retainer clients for my other services. **

Remember, I am a Virtual Assistant who LOVES to do editing , proofreading and
transcription assignments!
